How to register?

  • Take printout of the endorsement letter.
  • Fill up the form with all required details and scan with in the PDF format with maximum size of 10 MB.
  • Click on the registration link. Fill up the details of the participants in the given link.
  • Attach the endorsement letter
  • Submit the form.

    • Instructions:

  • It is desirable that participants shall be from the same institute/college.
  • The participants can team up with the student from other institute/college on their own. Separate endorsement clubbed into single pdf to be attached in such cases.
  • The organizers will try to help the single participants to team up the single participants. However it is not confirmed from the organizers. Single participants while filling the Google form can submit N/A in the second participant's details.
  • In the event your partner is unable to attend the conference or any reason the organisers will make best efforts to pair you with another qualified individual, however the organizers cannot guarantee you as spot.
  • The organizing team's decision will be final.
  • Please look for the confirmation mail from the organizers.
